I am a master's student in ecological justice as well as an educator. I teach fifth grade students. It is important for me to educate students and my community in the issues of the social and ecological destruction. One of the major problems with our society is the consumer driven minded culture. There are many people in my region who are coming together to re-localize and transition our communities in Southeast Michigan. It would be wonderful for you to come speak about your book and the hidden cost of our consumption, which clearly causes a great deal of environmental harm and social destruction to our planet and the inhabitants on it.
