When asked again about his role in the destruction of the Haitian rice sector, Bill Clinton again talked about coffee - not rice or anything people could eat instead of export. 

Even here, Bill Clinton is suggesting that Haiti should go into cash crops for export, instead of becoming self sufficient in food production again.
